Lahore engineering hub, serving Dubai & the UAE

Fintech Software DevelopmentUAE

Fintech software development UAE founders and finance teams can trust needs more than a polished front end. 10silicon builds payment flows, digital wallets, KYC onboarding and lending back offices for companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider Emirates, with a senior engineering team in our Lahore hub working in Gulf business hours.

In 7+ years and 100+ delivered projects we have learned that financial products live or die on details users never see: idempotent payment calls, reconciliation that balances to the fils, audit trails an auditor can follow, and data handling that holds up when a regulator or a bank partner asks questions. Those details are where we start.

What we build

Services for United Arab Emirates businesses

01

Payment gateway integration UAE

Card, Apple Pay and bank transfer flows integrated with gateways commonly used in the Emirates, including bank-provided gateways, Network International, Telr, PayTabs and Stripe. We handle 3-D Secure, webhooks, retries, refunds and reconciliation, not just the happy path.

02

Digital wallet apps

Closed-loop and stored-value wallet apps for Dubai and the UAE with top-ups, peer transfers, QR payments, transaction history and spend controls, built in React Native or Flutter with a Node.js or Laravel ledger behind them.

03

KYC and onboarding flows

Emirates ID capture, document upload, liveness checks and sanctions screening through third-party verification APIs, with a review queue for your compliance team and clear status tracking for the applicant.

04

Lending and BNPL back offices

Loan origination, credit decisioning rules, instalment schedules, collections workflows and partner dashboards for buy-now-pay-later and SME lending products.

05

Ledger and reconciliation services

Double-entry ledgers, settlement files, gateway reconciliation and exportable reports that your finance team and external auditors can rely on.

06

Admin and compliance consoles

Role-based back offices with maker-checker approvals, case management, suspicious activity flags and complete audit logs on every sensitive action.

How we work

Our 3-step process

  1. 1

    Strategic Discovery

We map your goals, users, constraints and success metrics into a scoped plan with a fixed first milestone before any code is written.

  2. 2

    Agile Engineering

Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each one. You see working software, not status reports, and can change direction early.

  3. 3

    Deployment & Growth

Production launch with monitoring, documentation and a growth plan: performance, SEO, analytics and a maintenance retainer if you want one.

Why it works

Why a Lahore team for fintech software development in the UAE

Fintech products need engineers who have already made the mistakes that cost money: double-charging a customer because a webhook arrived twice, or a ledger that drifts because two services wrote to it at once. Our Lahore team has shipped payment, wallet and lending systems for several years, and Pakistan's own fast-growing digital payments market means those patterns are everyday work for us, not a first attempt on your budget.

The commercial case is simple. A Dubai agency paying Dubai salaries for senior backend engineers prices that into every sprint. Our engineers are full-time employees in Lahore, one hour behind Gulf Standard Time, so you get senior people on your calls during your working day at a cost that leaves budget for security testing and a proper launch. We do not have a UAE office. We offer video consultation at every stage and on-site consultation in Dubai for discovery workshops and go-live.

UAE-ready by default

Built for how business works in United Arab Emirates

Offshore teams often learn UAE requirements on your project. We treat them as standard scope, so Arabic, AED payments, VAT invoicing and data protection are designed in rather than bolted on.

  • 01

    Arabic & RTL interfaces

Bilingual English-Arabic layouts planned from the first wireframe, with right-to-left mirroring and Arabic typography that holds up on mobile.

  • 02

    UAE payment gateways

Integration with Network International, Telr, PayTabs, Stripe and bank gateways, plus Tabby and Tamara instalments and cash on delivery flows.

  • 03

    VAT and e-invoicing

FTA-compliant tax invoices with TRN, 5% VAT handling, credit notes and exports your accountant can reconcile.

  • 04

    Data protection by design

Built with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law in mind: consent records, access control, encryption and data residency in Gulf cloud regions when required.

  • 05

    Sector rules designed in

For fintech, healthcare and education builds we design for regulator expectations such as CBUAE, DHA and MOHAP requirements; compliance sign-off stays with your advisers.

  • 06

    WhatsApp-first customer flows

Click-to-chat, WhatsApp Business API notifications and lead capture, because that is how UAE customers actually get in touch.

Compliance sign-off for regulated sectors stays with your legal and regulatory advisers; we build to the requirements they specify.

Payments

Payment gateway integration done properly

Most UAE payment integrations start with a gateway SDK and a demo transaction and stop there. The problems appear months later: a customer charged twice after a timeout, a refund that never reached the gateway, or a monthly settlement that does not match the gateway report. We design integrations around those failure modes from the start. Every charge carries an idempotency key, every webhook is verified and processed exactly once, and every transaction is reconciled against the gateway's settlement file automatically.

We have integrated bank-provided gateways as well as Network International, Telr, PayTabs and Stripe for UAE merchants. These are integrations we build on your merchant account, not partnerships or resale arrangements, so your contract and your rates stay with the provider you choose. When your product needs tokenised cards, recurring billing or split payments to multiple vendors, we map those requirements to what your chosen gateway actually supports before promising a feature.

  • Idempotent charge and refund handling with full retry logic
  • Signed webhook verification and exactly-once processing
  • Automated daily reconciliation against gateway settlement reports
  • 3-D Secure, Apple Pay and saved-card flows where the gateway allows

Security

PCI-DSS aware architecture and audit trails

We design card-handling architecture so that raw card data never touches your servers. Hosted payment pages, gateway tokenisation and iframe fields keep most of the PCI-DSS burden with the gateway, which reduces your compliance scope and the cost of your own assessment. We do not issue certifications, and we will tell you honestly which parts of the standard still apply to your business even with a tokenised design.

Beyond cards, the same discipline applies across the platform: encrypted data at rest and in transit, secrets in a managed vault, least-privilege database roles, rate limiting on authentication, and an append-only audit log that records who did what, when and from where. Audit trails are built into the data model rather than added as an afterthought, because regulators, bank partners and your own auditors will ask for them.

Compliance

Building for regulator and bank partner expectations

Financial businesses in the UAE operate under licences and supervision that vary by activity and by jurisdiction, and the obligations that come with them shape the software. We are engineers, not a licensed financial institution and not a law firm; your regulatory advisers define what you must do. What we do is translate those requirements into working systems: KYC and ongoing screening flows, transaction monitoring rules, record retention, data residency in a Gulf hosting region when required, and reporting exports in the formats your compliance team needs.

Our Strategic Discovery phase for fintech projects includes a compliance mapping session where we list every obligation you bring us and decide how each one is handled in the product. Agile Engineering then builds in two-week sprints with security review on every release, and Deployment & Growth covers penetration test support, monitoring and a maintenance retainer so the platform stays current as rules change.

FAQ

Fintech: common questions

We have worked with bank-provided gateways and with Network International, Telr, PayTabs and Stripe, and we can integrate any provider that offers a documented API. The integration runs on your own merchant account; we have no reseller or partnership arrangement with gateways, so you negotiate rates directly. If you have not chosen a gateway yet, we compare options against your transaction mix and settlement needs during discovery.
